I bought these refills from refillpen.com thinking I was about to have a nice, smooth writing experience, but absolutely not. The ink keeps skipping like it has somewhere else to be, and the tip feels weirdly scratchy no matter what paper I use. I tried a few different notebooks just to make sure I wasn’t being dramatic, but nope, same tragic result every time. i just wanted a pen that writes like a normal pen. Wouldn’t buy these again.

I was able to track it the whole time, so that part was fine. The pen did arrive a bit later than expected, but it got here okay and everything seemed alright.

I’ve checked a few times now, and they’re always out of the refills I’m looking for. Not sure if it’s just bad timing or what, but it’s frustrating.

I bought a refill from Refillpen thinking it would last me a decent amount of time, but it dried up way faster than I expected. I’m not writing pages and pages every day, just regular notes here and there, so it was annoying to have to stop, dig around for another pen, and deal with replacing it so soon. For the price, I really expected it to last longer. I won’t be ordering again.

I was going to place an order, but when I got to checkout, the payment page just felt off, honestly. I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my card info, so I backed out. Unless they clean that up, and make it feel more secure, I probably won’t try again

I don’t know why this particular pen refill is so hard to find, but most places either didn’t carry it or acted like it didn’t exist. refillpen.com actually had the right one, so I’m glad I checked there. Yeah, the shipping wasn’t exactly fast and the website looks a little dated, but that doesn’t bother me much since the refill fit and works like it’s supposed to. It’s not a perfect shopping experience, but if you’re trying to keep an older pen working, I’d say it’s worth using.

I might’ve just reached out at the worst possible time, but it took forever to get a reply from customer service. When they finally got back to me, I still didn’t really get the help I needed. Frustrating overall

Right out of the box, my first impression was that it felt cheap. I was hoping it might still work okay, but after using it, it started leaking too. Overall, not great quality and definitely not something I’d buy again

I’m not totally sure if I just caught the prices at a bad time, but the pen refills felt way more expensive than they should be. I found what looked like the same ones cheaper somewhere else, so I probably wouldn’t buy them here again.

I ordered from refillpen.com thinking it would be quick and easy. Just a simple refill, nothing complicated. But yeah… it ended up being a bit annoying. The refill did show up eventually, just later than I expected. Packaging was fine, I guess. Nothing special.

The refill works, so there’s that. But it doesn’t write as smoothly as I hoped. Maybe I expected too much. Also, after I placed the order, there weren’t many updates, which made the wait feel longer. Not a disaster or anything. Just not something I’d rush to do again unless I couldn’t find it somewhere else

I was just trying to buy a refill, but the checkout process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were loading really slowly, I had to type my info in twice, and the payment page was confusing enough that I almost gave up completely. i wish I’d read some reviews first because the whole thing was annoying and not smooth at all.

The promo code went through fine, so no issues there. I did notice the total drop a little at checkout, but it wasn’t a massive savings or anything. I kept looking at the cents on the final price, thinking maybe I missed something, but nope, just a small discount. Still nice to have, just not exactly exciting...

I was expecting to find refills for a few different pens I use, but the selection was disappointing. Most of the types I needed weren’t available, and even after looking around, I still couldn’t find anything useful. I guess it might work if you only have very common pens, but for me it was basically a waste of time. I’d appreciate at least an apology for how limited the options were compared to what I expected

I ordered a refill from refillpen.com, but the one that came in the package wasn’t the one I chose at all. Reading between the lines, it feels like the order just wasn’t double-checked before shipping. Frustrating since I needed it quickly. Hopefully they tighten up their packing process a bit...

My item was on backorder, but I got helpful updates along the way and everything worked out fine in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

I was annoyed with how long the shipping took. I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the mornings, and it barely seemed to move for days. The item did show up eventually, but the wait was way longer than I expected, so I’m not really happy about it.

The pen showed up safe, and the box did a good job protecting everything. I’d say the packaging was about what I hoped for.

I gave refillpen.com a try once, but i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again!! The experience just didn’t feel worth it to me, and I feel like there are better options out there. Next time, I’ll probably skip it

The pen refill just felt a little off to me, and I’m not totally convinced it’s genuine. Maybe I’m being picky, but something about it didn’t seem quite right.

I tried to exchange mine, it felt like I was the one getting punished for it. Support made the whole thing way more complicated than it needed to be, and I ended up feeling totally stuck just trying to get a simple exchange handled.
